Ticketing Services

Tickets may be purchased online. Please see the event listings for additional information.

Tickets may be purchased with a credit or debit cards online, we do not operate a physical box office. If you need special accommodations to purchase tickets, please call 970-516-1818 and leave a message.

All remaining tickets can be purchased at the door 30 minutes before show time.

Will Call

All tickets are sold through our online ticketing service, and no physical tickets are distributed. An email with confirmation information will be sent after a purchase is completed. All ticket holders will check in at Will Call on the performance date.

Will Call typically opens thirty minutes before an event’s start time, but in some cases doors may open up to an hour before an event.

Performance Changes

Participating artists, show times, dates, and prices are subject to change. Please check the website or call the Sunflower Theatre for any last-minute changes.

Ticket Discounts

Tickets may be discounted at times through special offers or as a member benefit. Purchasers should disclose any applicable discounts at time of purchase.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or date change.  If you are unable to attend an event, you may donate your ticket(s) to the Sunflower Theatre. The ticket(s) must have been purchased through the Sunflower Theatre ticketing service and must be returned to the Theatre at least 48 hours prior to the performance. This amount may be eligible for a charitable contribution income tax deduction when you file your annual tax return.

No Shows

If you are going to be late to a show you must call 970-516-1818 and inform the Theatre so your tickets will be held for you. Any no show tickets that have not notified the Theatre in advance will be resold to people on the wait list 15 minutes after the show starts.
