What do  farmers do when it’s dry one year and wet the next – how do you plan?  Panel discussion about how communities grapple with dry and then wet years, moderated by KUNC reporter Luke Runyon.  The panel discussion will last for 45 minutes and there will be a Q & A with the audience following.
